Carson Wentz has had another up and down performance in Week 3 but he might have saved the Eagles season on the final drive of regulation at Lincoln Financial Field. Wentz had a couple of huge scrambles — one for a first down and another for a seven-yard touchdown with a dive into the end zone to put the Eagles down one home.
Wentz is 25 of 40 for 178 yards, one passing touchdown, and two interceptions. Wentz helped his cause on the ground as well, with 7 carries for 61 yards and one rushing touchdown.
A Jake Elliott extra point sent the game into overtime.
