Indianapolis Colts quarterback Carson Wentz gave his team the lead with a one-yard touchdown run against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night.
After Darius Leonard forced another fumble with a peanut punch late in the second quarter, the Colts were able to drive down the field with some help as Michael Pittman Jr. drew a defensive pass interference call at the goal line.
On third down, Wentz kept the zone read and got his way into the end zone to give the Colts a 13-12 lead. Indy went for the two-point conversion but failed to get it.
Crafty Carson.
