If anyone was expecting Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans to lose a step in his 10th NFL season last year, at 30 years old, they were sorely mistaken.
Evans turned in yet another 1,000-yard season, extending his own NFL record of 10 straight to start his career. In fact, Evans put up some of the best numbers of his career, catching 79 passes for 1,255 yards, and tied for the league lead with 13 touchdown receptions.
The five-time Pro Bowler was rewarded with a new two-year contract extension to remain in Tampa Bay.
