Helping to secure the Boston Celtics first home win of the 2021-22 NBA season, starting center Robert Williams III had one of the best games of his career in 33 minutes of floor time that saw the Texas A&M product score a double-double of 16 points, 13 rebounds, an assist, 2 steals, and a block.
Timelord managed all of this with just 1 personal foul and 2 turnovers while shooting 8-of-11 from the floor and missing his sole attempt from the free-throw line. And even with this impressive stat line, you would miss the sheer force of intimidation he exerted on the court, warping defenses on one end with his absurd athleticism and turning back drive after drive on the other end as opponents thought better of attempting a shot in range of his seemingly ubiquitous arms.
