For the second game in a row — and against an ideal opponent in the Los Angeles LakersBoston Celtics All-Star forward Jayson Tatum showed he’d shaken off his early-season slump that has been plaguing him until recently in the 2021-22 NBA season.

Leading all scorers in the Celtics’ 130 – 108 blowout of Los Angeles at TD Garden Friday night, the St. Louis native put up 37 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, and a block while shooting 13-of-26 from the floor, 4-of-9 from beyond the arc and a perfect 7-f-7 from the line in 34 minutes fo playing time.
