The Boston Celtics might have lost their road game with the Los Angeles Lakers 117 – 102 on Tuesday night, but there were still positives to take away from the game, and All-Star forward Jayson Tatum‘s play against the Celtics’ longtime rivals is certainly among them.
The St. Louis native led all scorers for both teams with 34 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal, and a block in 34 minutes of floor time that saw him turn the ball over 5 times and rack up a pair of personal fouls. Tatum shot especially efficiently in this game, hitting 13-of-22 overall and 5-of-7 from beyond the arc — though he did miss 2 of his 7 attempts from the free-throw line for the night.
We know you probably do not want to revisit the loss to the Lakers again, bu whether you would like to see the Duke product’s best plays on Tuesday night again or want to see them yourself for the first time, watch the video embedded below to see his highlights vs. Los Angeles on Dec. 7 courtesy of YouTuber Tomasz Kordylewski.
