WATCH: Boston’s Al Horford highlights vs. Raptors (10/22) – 11 points, 11 boards, 4 blocks

The veteran turned in a solid performance on a night when few kept focus.

There were not a lot of bright spots in the Boston Celtics 115 – 83 home opener loss to the Toronto Raptors, but veteran big man Al Horford was absolutely one of them. Despite coming back from a recent stay in the league’s health and safety protocol after a positive COVID-19 test return, the University of Florida product turned in a very solid double-double in the loss.

Horford put up 11 points and as many boards with 2 assists and 4 (credited) blocks for good measure. And while there were definitely moments it looked like the veteran big needed a second wind, he was still one of the most active and engaged players on the court.
