Boston Celtics rookie forward Grant Williams has fit right into his role at the next level like a hand fits into a glove.
The Tennessee product’s exceptionally good defense — and not just for a rookie, mind you — has earned him a major role in the Celtics’ rotation in his inaugural campaign with the team.
He has averaged 3.5 points, 2.7 rebounds and an assist per 15.6 minutes a game, and that on a stacked roster.
And, despite a tough start to his offensive end of the game early in the season, his shot has come along as well with 30.9% accuracy from deep between January and March.
Watch the team-produced highlight video embedded above to see all of his highlights from the 2019-20 NBA season so far.
