The Boston Celtics rostered seven rookies in the 2019 NBA season, and more than a handful saw some serious action.
Fan favorites Tacko Fall and Tremont Waters may have spent the bulk of their time with the Maine Red Claws as two way players, but both had some important plays for the parent club as well.
Wing Javonte Green was as always a dunking machine, and center Vincent Poirier cut his teeth at the NBA level. Guards Carsen Edwards and Romeo Langford both had some key plays this season, and forward Grant Williams played his way into an important rotation role in his inaugural season.
