WATCH: Ben Simmons is now drilling fadeaway one-legged 3-pointers

Philadelphia 76ers All-Star Ben Simmons is now knocking down fadeaway triples like they’re layups.

The excitement surrounding the Philadelphia 76ers has grown a lot recently as the team made a huge lineup change of Ben Simmons to the power forward spot. The hope is that the move transforms the Sixers into a much faster team and Simmons can run the offense from the power forward spot.

However, maybe the move is about to unlock the 3-point shot of his game?

Simmons has been seen knocking down 3-pointers in practice, he then received praise from his teammates for putting up more shots from deep in scrimmages, and now it looks like he is pulling out a new move from deep. The fadeaway one-legged triple from the corner a la Dirk Nowitzki.

Of course, the biggest weakness of Simmons’ already elite game is his lack of a jumper. There always appears to be some type of block when it comes to game time. He needs to bring this out into games and that would make the Sixers much more dangerous on offense. [lawrence-related id=34953,34944,34932]
