What rust? Ben Roethlisberger looks like he is in vintage form.
The Denver Broncos are no slouch defense but that didn’t stop the Steelers’ veteran QB from hooking up with rookie Chase Claypool on a pretty touchdown pass that covered 84 yards.

Claypool was a second-round pick out of Notre Dame, 49th overall. Roethlisberger, of course, was the Steelers’ No. 1 pick way back in 2004. That’s proven to be a pretty prudent choice.
Chase Claypool's 84-yard TD reception is fourth-longest by a Steelers rookie in franchise history. JuJu Smith-Schuster, of course, had a 97-yarder in 2017 at Detroit.
