The Boston Celtics are by all accounts a better team now than they were in the first half of the 2022-1-22 NBA season, owners of an eight-game winning streak and seen by many as one of the hottest teams in the league.
But just how much better are they as a team now? More importantly for Celtics fans, is it too much to hope that the team could realistically compete for Banner 18?
The hosts of the ESPN show NBA Today Richard Jefferson and Celtics alumnus Kendrick Perkins recently debated whether or not Boston has improved enough to be taken seriously as a threat in the NBA’s Eastern Conference?
Check out the clip embedded above to hear what they think of the Celtics’ postseason chances.
