After Andrew Whitworth suffered a knee injury in Week 10 against the Seahawks, he vowed to attack the rehab process with everything he had. And by the looks of it, he’s doing all he can to be ready to return at the end of the season – a possibility based on Sean McVay’s timeline.
Whitworth has shared several videos of himself rehabbing on Instagram, showing what the process has been like. Not only is he up and walking, but he’s already doing footwork exercises to get his legs firing again.
Take a look at this video shared by Whitworth on Tuesday, which the Rams posted on Instagram.

Whitworth suffered a grade 3 MCL and PCL injury, which is no small setback. It’s especially impressive that Whitworth has made the progress that he has at the age of 38, with his 39th birthday coming up on Dec. 12.
Joe Noteboom has held up well at left tackle, but the Rams would love to get Whitworth back for a potential playoff run in January.
