In his first game with the Tennessee Titans, Adrian Peterson scored a touchdown, sealing a 28-16 win over the Los Angeles Rams on “Sunday Night Football.”
It was tough sledding for Peterson and the Titans’ ground game as a whole in its first game without Derrick Henry, as Tennessee could only muster 69 yards on the ground, 21 of which came from Peterson.
However, when given a goal-line carry late in the fourth quarter, Peterson punched it in from one yard out, giving him the 119th rushing score of his illustrious career, leaving him four shy of third all-time.
The future Hall of Famer’s 125th career touchdown put the game away for good.

Peterson only averaged 2.1 yards per carry and was running too high, but we can’t get too crazy over what we saw on Sunday night, as he was sitting on his couch this time last week. He should get better with more reps.
