Aaron Rodgers is historically accurate. So, when the Packers’ quarterback throws an interception — a pick-six — it is especially noteworthy.
Green Bay’s QB had not given the ball away in the first four games. Then came the second quarter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Rodgers’ pass found Jamel Dean, who returned it 32 yards for a TD.
The pick was the 85th thrown in his long and glorious career. It was the first pick in his last 157 pass attempts and the third pick-six of his career.

Astonishingly, Rodgers threw another pick on the next drive and Tampa Bay returned it to the Green Bay 2. And Tampa Bay quickly converted as Ronald Jones scored to give it the lead.

Rodgers threw four picks all of 2019 and in this game he has two in three throws.
