Watch: Aaron Donald’s 1-year-old son adorably trains with dad

Aaron Donald goes back and forth between Pittsburgh and Los Angeles, often spending time with family on the East Coast during the offseason. He’s currently back home in Pittsburgh, but it’s not as if he’s taking time off in advance of mandatory minicamp in the middle of this month.

He’s putting in work, as is his 1-year-old son.

Donald retweeted this adorable video of his son, Aaric, on the field with dad doing resistance band work alongside the three-time Defensive Player of the Year. And what better person to learn from than a future Hall of Famer like Donald?
