The Washington Huskies and USC Trojans are set to face off at 4:30 p.m. on November 2 in a matchup that has lost some luster from its 2023 installment.
The game will take place on the Big Ten Network, which will be the second straight week Washington appears on the new conference’s channel since the Huskies’ matchup with the Indiana Hoosiers will also take place there, despite ESPN’s College GameDay choosing to attend the game.
Jedd Fisch and the Huskies will see a USC team headed up by coach Lincon Riley that has struggled mightily following an impressive upset win over the LSU Tigers to open the season. The Trojans are 1-4 in conference play and 3-4 overall and are in the midst of a three-game losing streak following defeats at the hands of Minnesota, Penn State, and Maryland.
Following a 29-28 loss at Maryland, Riley’s team now has a short week to prepare to host another team coming off a tough loss, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, who fell 56-7 at Indiana.
When the two teams take the field inside Husky Stadium, it will also be Washington’s first home game in almost a month, as the Huskies haven’t played inside the friendly confines of their home field since they upset No. 10 Michigan 27-17 on October 5.
