Santa Cruz Warriors guard Lester Quinones will sign a 10-day contract with the Golden State Warriors, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Quinones, who went undrafted last year out of Memphis, appeared in summer league with the Warriors and signed a two-way contract with the team. He was waived prior to the start of the season and sent to Santa Cruz in the G League.
The 22-year-old is averaging 19.2 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.9 assists on 38.8% shooting from 3-point range in 39 games. He was named the G League Player of the Week after producing a career-high 42 points on Saturday.
He is one of 27 players to score at least 40 points this season.

Quinones will fill the 15th spot on the Warriors’ roster and will provide some depth in the backcourt over the duration of his contract. He has the ability to score at a high level and should give the team some floor spacing off the bench.
