Warriors’ Draymond Green to come off bench again in Game 6 vs. Kings

The Warriors will stick with bringing Draymond Green off the bench in Game 6 against the Kings.

The Golden State Warriors are sticking with what’s been working.

Since being suspended for Game 3 of the first round series against the Sacramento Kings, Steve Kerr has opted to bring former All-Star forward Draymond Green off the bench for the first time this season in Game 4.

After winning games 4 and 5 with Green coming off the bench, the Warriors will bring him off the bench again in Game 6, per Anthony Slater of The Athletic.

During Game 5, Green registered a season-high in scoring with 21 points on 8-of-10 shooting from the field to go along with seven assists, four rebounds, four steals and a block in 32 minutes off the bench.

Jordan Poole will stay in the starting lineup alongside Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins and Kevon Looney.

The Warriors will host the Kings at San Francisco’s Chase Center on Friday night at 5 p.m. PT for Game 6.
