Warriors’ Draymond Green (personal reasons) out vs. Nuggets

The Warriors will have to find a way to slow down Nikola Jokic without a key piece on defense on Wednesday night.

To close a tough stretch of road games early in the season, the Golden State Warriors will have to meet the defending champion Denver Nuggets. Heading to Denver means a date with two-time Most Valuable Player Nikola Jokic.

The Warriors will have to find a way to slow Jokic without a key piece on the defensive end of the court. According to Anthony Slater of The Athletic, Draymond Green is out for Wednesday’s game due to personal reasons.

Gary Payton II is also listed as questionable due to an illness.
