EA Sports released the first trailer for Madden NFL 21 this week and two Denver Broncos make brief appearances in the one and a half-minute promo.
Broncos outside linebacker Von Miller (recording a sack) and running back Melvin Gordon (catching a pass) are both featured in the trailer.
Gordon and Denver quarterback Drew Lock participated in a Madden NFL 20 celebrity tournament hosted by ESPN earlier this offseason. Lock was eliminated in the first round but Gordon managed to win his first match.
After signing Gordon to a two-year contract during NFL free agency, the Broncos shared a Madden clip of Gordon wearing an orange and blue uniform. Gordon was rated 84 overall in last year’s version of the game.
Miller has consistently been Denver’s highest-rated player in the game since quarterback Peyton Manning retired following the 2015 season. Last year, EA Sports gave Miller a 97 overall rating. To view all of the Broncos’ initial ratings from Madden NFL 20, click here.
