Second-year Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel and his coaching staff continue to recruit future Vols.
Tennessee has offered a scholarship to 2023 edge rusher Jahsear Whittington.
“Blessed to receive my ninth offer from the University of Tennessee,” Whittington announced.
The 6-foot-2, 255-pound Whittington is from Imhotep Institute Charter High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Whittington has offers from Tennessee, Boston College, Georgia Tech, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Temple, Virginia and West Virginia.
