Vols’ football search: Coaches with both head coaching experience and ties to Tennessee

Will Healy — Charlotte head coach

Healy was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

He launched his coaching career with Chattanooga in 2009. From 2009-15, Healy served in various capacities for the Mocs, including quarterbacks coach, wide receivers coach, passing-game coordinator and recruiting coordinator.

Healy became Austin Peay’s head coach from 2016-18, compiling a 13-21 record.
