No. 7 Tennessee (4-0, 1-0 SEC) defeated No. 13 Oklahoma (3-1, 0-1 SEC), 25-15, at Memorial Stadium in Norman, Oklahoma during Week 4 of the 2024 college football season.

The Vols led, 19-3, at halftime.

Nico Iamaleava completed 13-of-21 passing attempts for 194 yards and one touchdown for Tennessee, which had its streak of not allowing an offensive touchdown end at 19 quarters.

Dylan Sampson was the Vols’ leading rusher, totaling 92 yards and one touchdown on 24 attempts.

Bru McCoy totaled four receptions for 92 yards, while Dont’e Thornton Jr. recorded two receptions for 73 yards and a 66-yard touchdown in the second quarter.

Kicker Max Gilbert converted three field goals for the Vols. Tennessee’s defense scored a safety in the second quarter and Jermod McCoy recorded an interception for the Vols.

Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel won in his return to his alma mater.
