VENICE — 2020 prospect Malachi Wideman is set to make his announcement in where he will play college football on National Signing Day.
The 6-foot-4, 188-pound wide receiver is from Venice High School in Venice, Fla.
Wideman will make his announcement at 1:30 p.m. ET.
Ahead of his announcement, Venice High School head coach John Peacock discussed the 2020 prospect with Vols Wire.
“Malachi is the most athletic, gifted kid I have ever seen in high school,” Peacock told Vols Wire. “I believe he will be an X at the next level.”
The Vols signed 21 players during the Early Signing Period and have received another player on National Signing Day. Dee Beckwith announced this morning that he has signed with Tennessee in the Vols’ 2020 recruiting class.
