Wide receiver Adam Thielen has become a popular jersey choice among Vikings players.
Thielen ranks 22nd overall in the NFL Player Sales List, according to NFLPA.com. He is the highest ranked player for Minnesota.
The second highest ranked Vikings player was Stefon Diggs as of March 1, which is obviously tough for Vikings fans. Diggs left for the Bills via trade this offseason, so fans who bought his jersey recently are out of luck.
With Diggs’ departure, Thielen became the only Vikings player to crack the top 50 on the list.
There wasn’t much of a surprise for who the top jersey seller was in the NFL. Patrick Mahomes can claim that honor.
In second was Tom Brady, who like Diggs also switched teams this offseason. Brady went to the Buccaneers in free agency.
To be fair, though, Brady was a historically good quarterback for New England. He will be remembered fondly by most Patriots fans, so a jersey of his that is technically outdated isn’t that big of a deal.
