When will the Vikings and Rams play in the NFL Playoffs?

Following a loss to the Detroit Lions on Sunday Night Football to conclude the NFL regular season, the Minnesota Vikings are now the five seed in the NFC Playoffs. They will travel to Los Angeles to play the Rams in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs.

While the Vikings played their starters in hopes of winning the NFC North and securing the number one seed, they couldn’t overcome the Lions and lost 31-9. Meanwhile, the Rams rested their key starters, and as a result, they come into next week’s matchup rested and ready for a rematch of their earlier season matchup.

In Week 8, the Rams defeated the Vikings 30-20 on Sunday Night Football of that week. The Vikings now will look to get revenge while the Rams look to get back to a Super Bowl for the second time in four seasons.

Monday’s game will only be available on ESPN and ABC, and will kick off at 8:00 p.m. ET.
