While the schedule for 2023 won’t be officially released until after the NFL draft at the end of April, we know who the opponents are for each team.
Now that the Vikings have played their entire schedule and the only two teams left to play are division rival Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions, their opponents are set in stone.
The Minnesota Vikings will be playing a first place schedule so they will be playing the division winners from the NFC West champion San Francisco 49ers, NFC East champion Philadelphia Eagles and AFC North champion Cincinnati Bengals.
They will also be playing the full divisions of both the NFC South and the AFC West, which will bring superstar Patrick Mahomes to U.S. Bank Stadium for the first time and potentially Tom Brady for the first time since he lost Super Bowl 52 to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Due to the NFL’s new scheduling format, the Vikings will be playing nine road games next season, a reverse of the nine home games they played this season.
Assuming the Eagles don't blow this, the Vikings' 2023 opponents:
Home: 49ers, Chiefs, Chargers, Saints, Buccaneers, Packers, Bears, Lions
Away: Eagles, Bengals, Falcons, Panthers, Broncos, Raiders, Packers, Lions, Bears
