Here are a few Vikings’ milestones to keep an eye on in 2020 from the offensive side of the ball.
Kirk Cousins
- With 4,000 yards passing, Cousins would move from seventh to fifth on the team’s all-time passing list, leapfrogging Warren Moon and Brad Johnson. This would also move him from 81st to 61st on the league’s all-time passing list with more than 28,000 yards.
- With just 11 touchdown passes, Cousins would move from seventh to fourth on the team’s passing touchdown list, leapfrogging Warren Moon, Brad Johnson and Wade Wilson.
- If Cousins were to throw 30 touchdowns in 2020, he’d hit the 185 mark. That would rank him 56th on the all-time, right ahead of Mark Brunell.
Dalvin Cook
- If Cook has a 1,000-yard rushing season, he’d move from 16th to 10th on the team’s all-time rushing list. If he hits 1,200 yards, he’ll move to eighth on the team’s all-time list. He currently has 2,104 career rushing yards.
- If Cook has 10 rushing touchdowns, he’d move from 19th to ninth on the team’s touchdown list. Cook currently has 17 rushing touchdowns.
Adam Thielen
- Thielen’s 292 receptions rank 12th in team history. If he had 100 receptions, he’d jump to ninth in team history, right ahead of former teammate Stefon Diggs.
- Thielen needs 11 touchdowns to move from 11th to sixth on the team’s reception touchdown list. Thielen currently has 25 career receiving touchdowns.
Kyle Rudolph
- Rudolph needs 54 receptions to move to fourth in team history in receptions, surpassing Anthony Carter’s mark of 478 receptions.
- Rudolph needs six touchdown receptions to move from fifth to third on the team’s all-time receiving touchdown list. Rudolph has 47 career touchdowns. He’d pass Sammy White (50) and Carter (52).
