Vikings lose a second assistant coach this month

The Vikings lost another assistant coach on Tuesday

The Minnesota Vikings have seen multiple assistants interview for promotions this offseason with all of them being on the offensive side of the football.

On Tuesday, the Vikings had it happen again. After losing assistant quarterbacks coach Jerrod Johnson to the Houston Texans, they lost their second assistant in assistant defensive line coach A’lique Terry. According to The Athletic’s Bruce Feldman, Terry will be the new offensive line coach for the Oregon Ducks.

A former offensive lineman from Wake Forest, Terry returns to the Ducks after serving as a graduate assistant during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. In 2021, he served as an assistant coach with the Hawaii football program.
