Vikings inactives: LB Eric Kendricks will start vs. Cardinals

The Vikings are without Everson Griffen and Anthony Barr but Kendricks will get the start after being questionable for the game.

The Arizona Cardinals and Minnesota Vikings are set to kick off their Week 2 matchup at State Farm Stadium and inactive listed have been released. The only player status in question was linebacker Eric Kendricks, who was officially questionable for the game with a quadriceps injury he suffered in practice this week.

Kendricks is active and is expected to start for the Vikings, who will try to avoid starting the season 0-2.

Their full list of inactive are as follows:

  • QB Kellen Mond
  • CB Harrison Hand
  • LB Chaz Surratt
  • LB Anthony Barr
  • OT Christian Darrisaw
  • DT James Lynch
  • DE Everson Griffen

Hand, Griffen, Darrisaw and Barr were all ruled out with injuries in the final injury report of the week.
