Minnesota has finished the 2020 season 7-9. Now, it’s time for the Vikings to go through an interesting offseason, one that is filled with plenty of difficult decisions.
The Vikings have already gotten some decisions out of the way, signing eight players to futures contracts, the team announced.
For those who don’t know, futures contracts are when a team claims the rights to a player for the following season. So it’s not like these deals count towards the 2020 salary cap.
Every player who has been signed by the Vikings was on the team’s practice squad last year, so there are really no big surprises.
