Vikings favorites in game vs. the Bears

Who is going to win on Monday night?

The Vikings, while inconsistent, trended in the right direction on Thursday.

Minnesota defeated Pittsburgh to move to 6-7. The Vikings have a legitimate path to the postseason. The same can be said for the Packers, but no other teams in the NFC North look to be competitive this year.

So it makes sense that Minnesota is favorited in the game against Chicago on Monday. According to Tipico Sportsbook, the Vikings are favored by 3.5 points in Week 15.

The Bears, at 4-9, needed a lot of things to go their way this year. Chicago has dealt with injuries and inconsistent play at quarterback, despite drafting Justin Fields in the first round of 2021.

The Bears have a decision to make regarding their starting quarterback for Monday, but I don’t think it should matter too much from the Vikings’ perspective. Minnesota needs to win this game and it should be expected to do so.
