The Vikings traded wide receiver Stefon Diggs in a blockbuster deal to the Bills in which they received the 22nd pick, along with other picks, in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Oddly enough, with that 22nd pick, Charley Casserly has the Vikings drafting cornerback Trevon Diggs, the brother of the former disgruntled Vikings wideout, in his latest mock draft.
So, yeahhhhhh, about that.
That seems pretty unlikely, even though the Vikings are desperate for cornerbacks.
With the 25th pick in the first round, Casserly has the Vikings taking Penn State defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos, which makes sense considering Everson Griffen’s departure.
The Vikings are stacked with 12 picks in the 2020 NFL Draft.
