Vikings DE Danielle Hunter says key for players is to stay in shape

Players not being in shape to start training camp happens here and there. There’s a pretty good chance we’ll see even more of that.

With NFL facilities closed down for the forseeable future and players unable to  do anything other than home workouts, players are doing their best to stay ready for whenever things do open back up.

To be fair, NFL players probably have a bit more space and equipment than we do for home workouts.

We don’t know when things will start to open up again, although it doesn’t appear as if it will be any time soon.

Vikings defensive end Danielle Hunter is a physical marvel. Hunter has muscles on top of muscles and that’s what has helped turned him into one of the best edge rushers in the NFL.

Hunter said the key for players during this uncertain time is for players to be ready the best they can when things ramp up again.

“The key is staying in shape and being ready to go when this is over,” Hunter said via the Star Tribune.
