[autotag]Jorge Masvidal[/autotag] scored the fastest finish in UFC history last July when he starched Ben Askren in just five seconds.
Masvidal (35-13 MMA, 12-6 UFC) had a 2019 to remember after scoring three stoppage wins over Darren Till, Askren and Nate Diaz, en route to capturing the inaugural “BMF” title.
His flying knee against Askren at UFC 239 broke the long-standing record held by Duane Ludwig, who took out Jonathan Goulet in just six seconds in 2006.

Masvidal’s knockout joins a list of spectacular quick finishes that have been delivered by the likes of former UFC two-division champions Conor McGregor and B.J. Penn, former UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, and knockout artist Anthony Johnson.
