So much about Sunday’s return to Gillette Stadium must’ve been weird for Tom Brady. He was making his first trip back to the place that he spent two decades of his Hall of Fame career in, and he was bound to see some familiar faces.
And, of course, that included New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
A couple hours before the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ eventual 19-17 win over the Patriots, the NBC Sunday Night Football pregame show captured footage of Brady meeting up with Kraft in front of the Bucs locker room. They shared a brief chat and a hug. At the time, we couldn’t hear what the two said to each other, but NFL Films would provide that audio for the latest edition of Inside The NFL.
"I'm proud of ya."

It was a short conversation, but still a nice moment. After Kraft complimented Brady on his hair, the Patriots owner let Brady know that he was proud of him.
“I’m proud of ya,” Kraft said.
But it all wasn’t the same at Gillette Stadium for Brady — he did have some trouble with a door.
