Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. had quite the time celebrating LSU’s College Football Playoff National Championship win over Clemson on Monday. And in the process, he’s caused a headache for LSU.
The former LSU receiver was spotted passing out hundred-dollar bills to LSU wideouts Justin Jefferson and Jontre Kirklin on the field after the game. The school initially said that the money was fake, but the stunt is now being investigated.
Yet, that wasn’t the only drama to hit LSU’s postgame celebration and Beckham on Monday.
According to a report from Al.com, a police officer at the Superdome threatened to arrest LSU players for smoking cigars in the locker room. The officer’s directive was laughed off by LSU players, but according to the report, the officer wasn’t joking. And now, a video hit Twitter showing Beckham confronting — and evidently spanking — an officer in the locker room.
OBJ wasn’t gonna let that officer spoil the fun.. told him to get the gat. 🤣 pic.twitter.com/sWoWj53r42

As the officer in the video was lecturing senior offensive guard Damien Lewis, Beckham could be seen walking behind the officer and slapping (or mock-slapping) his backside. It wasn’t entirely clear if Beckham actually made contact with the officer, but judging from the officer’s immediate reaction with his back turned, it appeared likely.
The officer turned his attention to Beckham as the NFL star continued to mock him to his face before walking away.
