Michael Porter Jr. made his presence felt in the first half of Game 3 on Monday versus the Los Angeles Clippers and the Denver Nuggets rookie certainly a lasting impression in the third quarter, too.
Porter recorded 12 points and six rebounds off of the bench prior to halftime as the Nuggets led by as many as 12 points in the contest. Porter came in during the third quarter and threw down perhaps the dunk of the series to this point.
With less than a minute remaining in the period, Porter caught the ball from Monte Morris. Porter blew past a defender and then met Montrezl Harrell at the rim and threw down a one-handed jam.

Porter helped provide a tremendous spark off the bench and was a key reason why the Nuggets led the Clippers throughout the first three quarters. He said prior to the game he knew he had to continue to bring energy and the rookie has done exactly that.
