CLEVELAND – The first day of fight week activities for the Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley boxing match came to a conclusion with Wednesday’s open workouts.
Ahead of Sunday’s bout at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, which airs on Showtime pay-per-view, Paul showed off some of his unusual stretching routines and hit a few dance moves to work up a sweat for fans and media during open workouts at Cleveland Public Square.
Similar to his highly unusual open workout ahead of his matchup with Ben Askren earlier this year, Paul stuck with the same non-traditional form of an open workout for the fight with former UFC welterweight champion Woodley.
Paul didn’t show much of his striking abilities as he only shadowboxed briefly and did not hit pads. He also didn’t remove his shirt while in the ring, keeping his physique hidden.
