Some might say [autotag]Dustin Poirier[/autotag] has a tall task in trying to beat Conor McGregor for a second consecutive time July 10 at UFC 264, but that’s nothing compared to the literally tall (and ginormous) task that was recently in front of him.
In a video posted to YouTube this week, Celsius-sponsored athlete Poirier spent some time showing four-time World’s Strongest Man winner Brian Shaw the ropes of MMA training. They do a little punching of the heavy bag, a little demonstration of the calf kicks that chopped down McGregor at UFC 257, and some other striking, but where things really get interesting and entertaining is when Poirier and Shaw start grappling (8:08 mark).
Poirier is a lightweight, Shaw is a 6-foot-8, 400-pound behemoth, so imagine trying to submit that LOL. It’s good fun to watch.
