Cedar Hill (TX) QB Kaidon Salter
Cedar Hill won the UIL Class 6A Division II regional final on Saturday, improving to 11-1 and reaching the state semifinals with a dramatic comeback win over Rockwall Heath, 27-24, in overtime.
Salter completed 20-of-37 passing attempts for 266 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. He also led the team in rushing with 83 yards.
Cedar Hill will take on Guyer in the 6A-II semifinal next week for a spot in the state championship game.
