The USC Trojans played the Arizona Wildcats last season on Pac-12 Network. This season, the last football game between the two schools as Pac-12 members will be on an ESPN-affiliated network.
The Pac-12 released its early football television schedule, mostly for the first three weeks of the season but also for a few select dates later in the slate. The USC home game versus Arizona on Oct. 7 has been identified as an ESPN-affiliated game. Whether it’s ESPN, ESPN2, or ESPNU remains to be seen, but one of those channels will show the game. A start time has not been released.
The USC-Arizona game on Oct. 7 is USC’s last game before the big road trip to Notre Dame on Oct. 14. USC will try to avoid looking ahead to the Fighting Irish and stay healthy for its visit to South Bend. USC will try to win this game decisively so that it can insert a lot of backups and give them extra playing time before the grueling part of the schedule begins against Notre Dame.
