USC gives a first look at new Big Ten jersey patch during recruiting photoshoot

This is going to be weird.

It will be strange when the USC Trojans leave the Pac-12 to join the Big Ten in 2024.

We still have one more football season before that move happens, but the weirdness is already starting.

USC has already broken out updated uniforms with a Big Ten patch to reflect its change in conference affiliation. You won’t see these jerseys on the field this season, but their usage during a recent recruiting photoshoot gives us a sneak peek.

Drelon Miller, a four-star receiver target from Silsbee, Texas, gave fans their first look at the uniform, which he donned during his official visit with the Trojans this past weekend.

There will be a lot more strangeness to come when USC and its cross-town rival UCLA bolt for the Big Ten next year, but with defending Heisman winner Caleb Williams back, the Trojans look to win a conference title (their 40th in more than a century in the league) and perhaps more in 2023.
