Upset Titans fan reportedly pulls gun on employees of East Nashville barbershop

He was arrested and booked into the Metro jail on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Wednesday evening.

No fan is pleased that the Tennessee Titans’ Super Bowl run has come to a premature end, but some are handling it worse than others.

A man who was upset by the Titans’ 35-24 AFC Championship Game loss to the Kansas City Chiefs walked into an East Nashville barbershop armed with a gun and threatened to kill the employees, according to a police report.

The incident occurred at approximately 5:10 p.m. on Sunday at the business.

Timothy Douglas, 44, was a regular customer at the barbershop. According to the arrest report, he walked in wearing a Titans jersey with his middle finger up and pointed a gun at several employees.

At that point, he placed the gun against an employee’s face and said “I don’t play and I’ll kill every one of you.”
