Upset Alert! 3 potential trap games for the Bucs in 2020

See which three opponents could catch the Tampa Bay Buccaneers off guard in 2020.

Week 8 @ New York Giants

Is it fair to call this a trap game given that the Giants downed the Bucs last season in Daniel Jones’ stellar debut? Sure it is. Despite the Week 3 win against Tampa Bay, New York finished just 4-12 on the year and is still a team in the midst of a rebuild and playing for a first-time head coach in Joe Judge. But, they’ve got young talent and a bright future thanks to Jones and running back Saquon Barkley, and a Monday night win over the Brady-led Bucs in front of a national audience would go a long way in building their confidence. Plus, the Bucs will have a Sunday night showdown against the New Orleans Saints the following week, so may be focused on their NFC South foe more than a team that was in the doldrums of the NFC East last year.
