The Pittsburgh Steelers made one huge change to it’s official depth chart on Tuesday. After releasing one version on Monday, the team switched this up on Tuesday and put out a new one with rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett as the No. 2 quarterback and Mason Rudolph as the No. 3 quarterback.
Pickett and Trubisky duked it out for the starting job all through traning camp and the preseason with the veteran Trubisky winning out. But on Monday it seems like Pickett was going to spend the season inactive with Rudolph backing up Trubisky. This is a huge change in that the Steelers are now going to have its highest-paid quarterback in street clothes on gameday.
Updated #Steelers Depth Chart for Week 1 at CIN. HC Mike Tomlin will address this version as well as other depth chart positions (previously announced) during his Noon press conference today. It will be streamed live on https://t.co/w2jW1ahowX & on all of the team's platforms. pic.twitter.com/9JKzgjYZJ7
