Observations:

  • Andrew Soroh was re-signed by the Chiefs. He joined the team as an undrafted free agent out of Florida Atlantic in 2019. He didn’t make 53-man roster cuts and went on to play in XFL during its short-lived return. He has an advantage in knowing and practicing the system last year.
  • Breeland Speaks is really the big question mark on our depth chart. It’s been nearly a year since we last saw Speaks play a down of football. Right now I have him listed at defensive tackle, but he could very well play the defensive end position too.
  • LB coach Matt House recently explained that the outside linebacker positions in Kansas City are fairly interchangeable, so while Willie Gay Jr. will start off playing SAM, he could very well play WILL in a pinch.
