Observations:

  • The Chiefs re-signed CB Bashaud Breeland on a one-year deal. He should reclaim his starting spot as the right cornerback opposite Charvarius Ward. That means the competition for the No. 4 cornerback spot will be fierce, with Alex Brown, Chris Lammons and Antonio Hamilton all competing for that spot.
