The University of Oklahoma moves students in on campus Tuesday

Oklahoma began their first day of Move In on Tuesday.

The school, including OU’s move-in team’s, followed the COVID-19 prevention guidelines while moving students in.

For some moving in, they’ll be moving into a slightly different situation than normal. Oklahoma will blur the windows that overlook the Sooners football practice field to mitigate any spying on the team’s practices.

The virus has already taken its tole on one conference, as the Big Ten announced on Tuesday that it will be cancelling its fall slate in hopes to play it out in the spring. The Pac-12 is expected to follow the Big Ten in their decision.

Lincoln Riley and the Sooners have been extremely transparent regarding COVID-19, releasing their weekly results. In its last two weeks, the team recorded zero new cases.

Classes at Oklahoma are schedule to begin on Aug. 19.

Oklahoma was expected to play Missouri State on Aug. 29, but that game has been postponed until further notice.
